Strategic Library Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will lead the strategic direction, management and development of the library. This role involves aligning library initiatives with the academic and research missions, ensuring the library remains a vital resource for students, faculty and researchers.
This leader oversees the acquisition and curation of physical and digital collections, implements innovative technologies and service models, and ensures the library fosters an inclusive, accessible and collaborative learning environment.
* Provide proactive, cost-effective and efficient library and information services to support teaching and research requirements.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of library teams and facilities, manage human resource development and coordinate with senior leadership.
* Evaluate and implement best practices in library management, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in library leadership or management.
