What You'll Be Doing

Innovation & Development
* Explore and assess new raw materials and alternative fuels to support cleaner production.
* Drive the development of low-carbon cement technologies and sustainable product solutions.
Customer & Market Engagement
* Collaborate with technical teams to support customers and ensure product performance.
* Investigate and resolve technical queries, helping shape market-ready innovations.
Production & Process Support
* Conduct advanced testing and analysis to support manufacturing improvements.
* Use data-driven insights to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Lab Operations & Safety
* Oversee laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, and consumables management.
* Ensure safety compliance and liaise with external labs and service providers.
What You'll Bring
