Job Description:

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling service requests and enquiries, coordinating and scheduling service engineers and plant fitters for maintenance and breakdown callouts, managing service jobs from initial request through to completion, liaising with engineers, parts, and internal departments to ensure efficient job delivery, updating job records, service reports, and internal systems accurately, and supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer support, service coordination, or service administration role, come from a plant, forklift, materials handling, or engineering service environment, understand service workflows and engineering terminology, possess strong organisational and communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based role, and have good IT skills and experience using service or ERP systems.
