Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
* Collaborate with vendors to negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that meet business objectives.
* Manage spare parts inventory to guarantee availability for critical operations.
* Support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) registration process, FATs, commissioning, and documentation handovers.
* Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) for facilities management.
* Validate equipment in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environments to maintain compliance.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
