Our client, a leader in stainless steel pipework, is currently seeking an experienced Site Lead/Supervisor to manage operations in Belfast (Mallusk). This is your opportunity to shape project success in the brewing, and distilling sectors.The successful candidates will be responsible for managing teams of 6-8 skilled pipe welders and fitters, overseeing the day-to-day site operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Interpret and work with engineering documentation, including P&ID drawings (essential).Manage projects from inception to completion.Provide leadership and direction to teams.Develop project schedules and manage time effectively.Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.Attend whiteboard meetings as required.Issue and revise method statements to ensure uninterrupted workflow.Navigate construction project management processes with a strong understanding of industry standards.Supervise projects within the pharmaceutical, dairy, and brewery industries.Foster a professional relationship with clients and other trades.Ensure compliance with safety standards while leading teams on-site.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.Strong background in leading and coordinating teams of 6-10 pipe welders and fitters.Ideally, candidates will be time-served fitters/welders with 5+ years of project supervisory experience, particularly within the pharmaceutical, dairy, and brewing industries.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.On-site Presence Required:Candidates must be willing to be on-site each day to manage project delivery effectively.If you are passionate about leading teams to success and possess the expertise we seek, we encourage you to apply today
