About the Role
Your new role involves handling various administrative responsibilities and data entry tasks.
* Arrange travel and manage associated bookings.
* Support logistics coordination for bookings.
* Collect and organize credit card receipts.
* Collaborate with team members to efficiently address needs.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
* Oversee training schedules and bookings.
* Maintain records of plant and equipment.
* Manage personnel documentation.
* Perform miscellaneous administrative and office duties as required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in administrative or accounts roles, ideally within the marine or construction sectors.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong skills in organization and multitasking to manage varied responsibilities effectively.
* Exceptional communication abilities paired with interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Keen attention to detail and a sharp aptitude for problem-solving.
