* Providing authoritative advice and professional expertise in scheduling, estimating, and administering capital projects.

* Creating and programming Time, Cost, and Risk data and performance metrics across all project activities.

* Ensuring commercial management of construction contracts from initial production to final accounts.

* Contributing to project & programme delivery strategies.
", "
* Developing and maintaining cost estimating capabilities related to TII's remit.
", "
* Managing contractors' programmes and evaluating extension of time claims.
", "
* Advising on standards for consultants supervising Local Authority contracts.
", "
* Developing and maintaining risk management procedures.
", "Key Responsibilities:

* The commercial management of assigned projects/contracts under Commercial Leads' direction.

* Providing sound commercial and contractual advice to projects.

* Managing staff performance and supporting their professional development.

* Coordinating outputs from other project services departments into commercial management and reporting.

* Ensuring input and advice on scheme estimates and unit rates database maintenance.

* Coordinating procurement and administration of Framework Contracts.

* Undertaking tasks and activities as required or assigned.
