Construction Project Manager Role Summary
A Construction Project Manager is required to oversee the delivery of a large civil infrastructure project in Limerick and Dublin. This role involves coordinating site teams, liaising with Site Managers, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site team activities and communicate with Site Managers to guarantee timely project completion.
* Compile regular reports on project progress, including valuations and site time sheets.
* Assist site engineers with setting out and ensure all works meet company standards.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction.
* Possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar position on a large project.
* Familiarity with software such as Total Station.
* Hold a Full Driver's Licence and have the right to work in Ireland.
