Research Director Position
RED C Research Group is seeking an experienced Quantitative Research Director to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and generating new business opportunities.
Job Summary:
This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong influencing skills, and the ability to instill client confidence quickly. You will work closely with clients to understand their research needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute company strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives and market trends.
* Design and oversee end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Act as primary point of contact for high-profile clients and present research findings and strategic recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in market research or a related field, with at least 5 years in a research management role.
* Proven passion for market research, love discovering why consumers behave the way they do, and have a track record for being able to uncover and deliver insights through best-in-class storytelling.
* Considerable experience in quantitative research techniques and analysis, project and people management, client-focused approach, strong influencing skills, and excellent reporting skills.
