* Day and Night shifts split working 9 out of 14 day cycle.
* Candidates must have:
* A minimum of three years Irish bar experience.
* Be strongly customer focused and provide exceptional customer service.
* Strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure.
* Be a team player.
* People person and have a outgoing friendly attitude .
* Irish whiskey knowledge and accommodation experience an advantage.
