Job Description:
As a seasoned professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting the goals of our Customer Success Team. This remote role requires strong communication and account management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development or customer success, preferably in the payment or risk management industry. They must be fluent in Hebrew and possess excellent written and oral communication abilities.
A successful Customer Success Manager at G2 Risk Solutions will:
* Manage account setup and training for newly boarded clients
* Provide outstanding ongoing account management and customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
* Educate existing clients on the value of additional services and solutions
* Identify, investigate, track, and resolve inquiries and issues in a professional manner
