Administrative Support Role
Our client is a semi-state organisation in the medical field located in the city center.
This role involves providing administrative support to the Planning and Capacity department, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather data on workload, timelines, and resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and maintenance of work plans and schedules.
* Support capacity planning and workload forecasting activities.
* Track project milestones and performance metrics.
* Coordinate resource allocation and internal planning processes.
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and reporting.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and planning tools.
* Prepare reports and presentations to support planning discussions and decision-making.
* Support the preparation and formatting of documentation for meetings and submissions.
* Liaise with teams to ensure timely sharing of planning information.
* Facilitate effective internal communication to align operational planning with organisational goals.
* Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes and resource use.
* Support the implementation of improved systems and tools for planning and capacity management.
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent).
* At least 2 years of relevant administrative or planning experience in a regulatory, healthcare, or scientific environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
