We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented International Sales Consultant to aggressively expand SEDA College's presence in your country. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset, strong closing skills, and passion for international education.
You will be responsible for generating leads, converting students, building agency partnerships, and owning the entire sales pipeline from first contact to enrolment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Own and execute an aggressive sales strategy to grow student enrolments and proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new partner agencies (B2B sales)
* Actively prospect and qualify student leads through calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, social media, and CRM
* Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → follow-up → closing → enrolment
* Act as a trusted consultant, matching students with the most suitable study-abroad programs
* Follow up relentlessly and professionally to maximize conversion rates
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partner support teams to accelerate growth
* Represent SEDA College with confidence, professionalism, and commercial focus
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment (education sector preferred)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Highly organized, self-managed, and performance-driven
* Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and commissions
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence in video and voice calls (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc.)
* Strong digital skills (CRM, Google Workspace, email, internal systems)
* Ability to work independently
* English (required)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of qualified leads generated per month
* Student enrolments per month and per quarter
* Conversion rate from lead to enrolment
* Revenue generated per month
* Number of active partner agencies onboarded
* Agency performance and retention
* Follow-up response time and pipeline management accuracy
