About the Role:
We are seeking a highly specialized and strategic
Ads Policy Automation Specialist
to drive the next generation of policy enforcement and operational efficiency within our Ads Policy pillar. This is a unique, high-leverage role that sits at the intersection of complex policy analysis, business strategy, and machine learning engineering.
The Ads Policy Automation Specialist
will act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for the Acquisitions+ EMEA team, providing guidance on complex policy matters and ensuring adherence to ad policies to provide the best solutions for our most valuable customers. You will also act as an
Automation Specialist,
responsible for translating policy documents and critical manual workflows into scalable, automated systems, incorporating our existing AI tools.
Job responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact and SME for high-priority ad policy escalations:
* Provide clear and actionable guidance on Ads policy matters to sales teams to drive incremental revenue for the team.
* Handle high-priority escalations related to Ads policy, liaising between sales, Trust & Safety and customer support teams.
Build, deploy and continuously train a pre-existing LLM focused on policy compliance:
* Develop and maintain an
AI Agent to instantly answer complex policy questions by referencing internal and external policy resources.
* Provide demonstrations and train sales teams on the agent, proving its use in resolving major policy queries.
Analyze data and automate reporting features:
* Build a dashboard that periodically retrieves data from internal databases to automate current reporting on bad actors.
* Create a Smart Escalation Model that generates classification signals to automatically route critical, high-risk policy cases to the appropriate human reviewers.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement:
* Identify trends and areas for improvement by analyzing data related to policy compliance and ad performance.
* Assist in developing and refining processes to improve policy implementation and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
* Work closely with sales, engineering and Trust & Safety teams to ensure a cohesive approach to ad policy enforcement.
* Condense complex policy topics and deliver updates to sales teams.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Software Engineering, Computer or Data Science).
2. 2+ years of experience
working directly in or closely with Policy Enforcement, Trust & Safety, or digital advertising platforms.
