Due to increased projects demands, they are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Monaghan.

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the end product.
You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site teams and liaising closely with clients and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure projects are completed in line with agreed timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Manage and motivate site teams to meet project objectives.
Plan project resourcing and monitor progress against budgets.
Prepare and track work programmes to ensure deadlines are met.
Produce accurate and professional records and reports.
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with clients.
Provide specialist technical leadership across projects.
Uphold company standards and client expectations at all times.
Criteria: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a project management role.
Proven experience managing and developing teams.
Strong trades background, preferably in joinery.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to interact professionally with clients and staff at all levels.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Proficient in IT and standard industry software.
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong organisational and presentation skills.
Projects are based in Dublin, so travel to site is required during working hours.
