Hiring: Project Readiness Lead (Onsite | Medical Devices)
We are currently seeking an experienced
Project Readiness Lead
to support multiple high-impact projects, including large retrofits and the introduction of
five new production lines
within a regulated
medical device manufacturing environment
.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring end-to-end readiness for new and existing production lines—beyond equipment installation—by driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Validation, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional Project Readiness activities for medium to large-scale projects
* Drive readiness deliverables including SAP setup, raw materials, BOMs, SKUs, and ancillary equipment
* Manage communication between Project Readiness teams and Project Sponsors
* Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to ensure milestone delivery
* Support budgeting and present options to management and stakeholders
* Apply strong technical writing skills for procedures, documentation, and compliance
* Utilize project management tools and follow FPX / J&J PM methodology
What We're Looking For:
* Project Management experience beyond purely engineering roles
* Background in
medical devices or regulated manufacturing
, with some Quality exposure
* Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
* Proactive, energetic, and results-driven ("go-getter" mindset)
* Comfortable driving SMEs and cross-functional teams to achieve readiness goals
