Project Manager Customer Information Systems (CIS) Location: Dublin Salary: DOE Role & Purpose: Lead and deliver a programme of Customer Information System (CIS) projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, quality, and scope. Key areas of focus include: Station Customer Service Systems (SCSS): Implement Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS), Public Address (PA) systems, Help Points (HP), CCTV, telecoms infrastructure (e.g., cabling), and associated civil/structural works at stations nationwide. Customer Communications Centre (CCC): Develop a centralized communication facility within a National Control Centre, equipped with an Integrated Systems Management Platform (ISMP) to monitor and control station systems, enhancing the customer experience. Deliver full project lifecycle management: inception, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and legislation. Provide professional support to senior management and deputise when required. Support the delivery of other projects within the wider capital investments programme as needed.
