Scientific Research Position
We are seeking a highly qualified researcher to contribute to our multidisciplinary team working on innovative therapies for neonatal brain injury.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in cell therapy, regenerative medicine, or a related field, with a strong publication record and experience in research management.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design and optimize in vitro models of hypoxia and neurovascular injury.
* Conduct proteomic and transcriptomic analyses (RNA-seq) to study mechanisms of action for MSC and ECFC co-therapy.
* Integrate multi-omics data to identify therapeutic pathways and biomarkers.
* Develop release assays ensuring product consistency and regulatory compliance.
The successful applicant will hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field and have at least 4 years of postdoctoral experience in cell therapy, regenerative medicine, or a related area. They will also have expertise in research project management, supervision of junior staff, and international conference presentations.
Key Requirements:
* Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Cell Therapy, Regenerative Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of postdoctoral experience in cell therapy, regenerative medicine, or a related area.
* Strong publication record and experience in research project management.
