Job Title: Supervisor/Mechanic
Reports to: Manager
Location: Athlone
Job Purpose:
As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve service, sales and quality targets etc. in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety Etc.
Key Tasks Required:
* To supervise and to actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor
* Achieve Company and branch objectives & targets
* Ensuring all administrative work in conducted in a timely manner
* Recording all relevant details on our in house systems
* Supporting Branch Manager as requested e.g. Audits
* Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner
* Full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
* Adhering fully to the Company's operations manual
* Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Understand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operations manual
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
* Good Technical and Motor Experience
* Excellent Communication skills
* Must have leadership experience
* Driving Licence essential
* Must be able to work 5/6 day roster
