Job Description
During Delivery Phase (Installations/Swap, Roll-out, Migration Plan):
Create, Maintain & Monitor Implementation Plans
Ensure Quality of Deliverables during Roll-out Projects
Track Costs of Projects
Ensure Buy-In of Solutions by Customers
During Run Phase:
Coordinate Services Rendered to Customers
Ensure Operational Monitoring – Issue Tracking – Risk Management
Manage Customers Reclaims
Identify Add-ons Sales Opportunities
Provide KPIs and Measure Quality of Services Rendered
Generic Missions:
Manage vendors & field services installation third party
Represent Vusion in Clients Relationship Governing Bodies
Coordinate Communication to Client & Vusion Stakeholders
Manage Relationship with Partners/System Integrators
Build & Maintain Detailed Maps of the Customers Solutions
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on roll-out, deployment, installation, or migration projects
Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale implementations, including cost tracking and quality control
Solid experience managing vendors, field services, and third-party installation partners
Strong customer-facing skills, with experience ensuring solution adoption and participating in governance or steering committees
Hands‑on experience with operational monitoring, including issue tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting
Ability to work cross‑functionally to coordinate stakeholders, manage partners/system integrators, and identify add‑on sales opportunities
