Description
The Production Supervisor plays a critical leadership role, guiding a team of Production Operatives in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role demands a strong people leader who can drive safe, high-quality output while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
* Lead with integrity and accountability, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality systems across the shift.
* Plan and deploy resources effectively to deliver the production plan, meet shipping schedules, and maintain a positive and productive working environment.

* Champion a continuous improvement mindset, with a strong focus on cost reduction, yield improvement, and minimisation of downtime.

Skills and Experience

* Proven experience leading teams in a production or similar operational environment.
* A solid working knowledge of production processes and quality system requirements.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
* A practical level of computer literacy to support operational and reporting requirements.
* A demonstrated aptitude for coaching, training, and mentoring, with evidence of supporting others to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
* A specialist course or qualification in production supervision or human resource management is desirable.
