Operations Oversight Specialist
The Operations Oversight Specialist will oversee all yard operations, materials handling, logistics, safety, and site maintenance at the yard facility.
* Manage yard facility resources: organizing stock, materials, equipment, and layout to optimize space and flow.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound supply chain activities: receiving raw materials, arranging deliveries, loading outgoing orders, liaising with drivers and transport teams.
* Supervise yard personnel (e.g., operatives, forklift drivers, dispatch staff).
* Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide training and development support.
The Operations Oversight Specialist will ensure efficient material flow, prepare orders, load/unload materials, maintain site cleanliness, coordinate with production, dispatch, and transport teams. They will uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
