Our role
SSE Airtricity Energy Services helps keep customers warm, safe and energy-efficient in their homes through the delivery, management and support of large-scale energy efficiency programmes.
With substantial ongoing investment, rapid customer growth and the introduction of new systems and processes, this is a dynamic and evolving environment.
This role plays a vital part in supporting our expansion by ensuring that operational, administrative and project requirements are delivered to the highest standard.
You'll support responses to tenders for Local Authorities and Housing Associations, ensuring all necessary documents, certifications, insurance records and training information are prepared, organised and kept current.
You will
Create and maintain folders and documentation for bid requirements (certifications, insurances, training records etc), developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of up-to-date compliance documents required for bidding.
Create and manage project files to support efficient project initiation, tracking and completion.
Raise Purchase Orders and invoices for major project works.
Create and maintain safety files for works completion and client handover, ensuring all safety documentation complies with regulatory requirements and client specifications.
Prepare grant, credit and EERP claim forms associated with project works.
You have
Proven experience in providing structured administrative and coordination support within a project or operations environment, ideally involving multiple stakeholders.
The ability to organise, maintain and control documentation such as certifications, insurances, training records, safety files and project files to a high compliance standard.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle competing deadlines across tenders, documentation control, purchase orders and financial claims.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and professional documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with MS Word, and a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) to support documentation, reporting and file management.
