Sales Manager - Dutch Speaker – Agency Partnerships (Pinterest | Accenture)
Accenture offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and people-focused Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a talented team of multilingual Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This team plays a key role in Pinterest’s digital marketing ecosystem by engaging with agencies, educating them on the platform, and enabling them to successfully launch campaigns for their clients on Pinterest.
In this role, you will contribute directly to the growth of agency partnerships and the achievement of measurable business outcomes for Pinterest. Pinterest’s advertising solutions leverage the platform’s unique audience and innovative capabilities to help agencies and their brands discover, reach, and convert new customers.
As Sales Manager, you will recruit, coach, and empower a team dedicated to expanding Pinterest’s agency ecosystem. You will foster strong partnerships, develop scalable enablement programs, and promote best practices that ensure agencies achieve long-term success on the platform.
The ideal candidate is passionate about agency development, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by growing both people and partnerships. You will design and optimize team processes, identify high-potential agencies, and build playbooks that enable partners to scale their success.

Key Qualifications
Proven experience leading and developing business development or sales teams, ideally within the digital marketing or agency ecosystem.
Strong understanding of the agency landscape and a track record of building partnerships and driving growth through agency channels.
Experience managing high-performing sales or business development teams and recruiting top talent in the digital marketing industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and inspire both agency partners and internal teams.
Familiarity with sales performance tools such as CRM platforms or salesforce automation systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience creating reports and forecasts using Excel or Google Sheets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, experiment with new approaches, and scale successful initiatives.
Passion for empowering agencies through partnership, enablement, and innovation.
