Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales operations manager to lead our district team. This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
As a sales operations manager, you will be responsible for managing a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your district. You will ensure a positive and motivated work environment and smooth collaboration among team members. Your key responsibilities will include developing, supporting, and coaching store managers, analysing and optimising stock movements, completing district tours with the sales executive, and overseeing store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, planning, organisation, and analytical skills. You must have a full driving licence and be able to travel frequently. You will also need to be organised, flexible, motivated, and a hard-working leader. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to motivate and lead a team are essential. A strong interest in developing a career in retail and multi-site experience as an area manager would be an advantage.
The salary for this position is competitive, with a starting salary of €74,000 rising to €114,000 after three years. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, mobile and broadband discounts, private employee medical insurance, and initial training and on-going development from an experienced team member. We offer a 25-day holiday per annum, company pension after six months, and maternity & paternity leave top up.
