Temporary Part time - Accounts Administrator & Office Co-Ordinator
Job Summary
Ireland's leading current affairs magazine is looking to recruit a highly organised, unflappable, up-beat person to work in a busy role between the administration and accounts departments of the magazine.
The successful candidate must have excellent English & attention to detail. Accounts background would be a benefit. You will also oversee the subscriptions and general administration of the magazine. Training will be provided but people with relevant experience will be prioritised.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* General office administration (e.g. reception, clerical work, customer service, stock-keeping and ad-hoc duties)
* Inputting debtor payments to 2x accounts systems
* Debt collection
* Overseeing 2x subscription databases and subscriber payments over the phone and online (training provided)
* Managing numerous daily, weekly and monthly reports (e.g. distribution, circulation, print orders, purchase invoicing, debtor invoicing, and bank and visa statements)
* Assisting General Manager with yearly audit
* Providing support for the CEO, General Manager and Production Manager
* Providing some cover for Production Manager during annual leave (training provided)
Qualifications and Skills
* Superb written & spoken English is essential
* Highly organised with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). High efficiency in Excel essential – successful candidates will be asked to do a test report
* Previous experience in accounts preferred. Knowledge in Quickbooks & Quicken, Stripe, Paypal a distinct advantage
* Self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful, with an eye for detail
* Quick thinker and team player, able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Friendly, approachable, creative, energetic, and results-oriented
* Excellent phone manner and superior customer service skills
Salary: € - Subject to experience
Based: Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am – 4pm.
**This is a temporary position with a possibility of permanent placement pending an offer.
