Requirements
We are looking for a minimum of 35 years' experience in hotel or hospitality management. Proven background in running a busy restaurant, preferably with volume experience. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
