Finance Manager - 3 month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin Type: Full-time | Contract Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the not-for-profit and environmental services sector to recruit a Finance Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing organisation supporting Ireland's national deposit return scheme.
The successful candidate will report to the senior leadership team and will take ownership of the finance function during a key growth phase.
The role involves a mix of hands-on finance work and strategic input, supporting business decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and control.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation Oversee cash flow management and financial planning Ensure robust financial controls and compliance within a regulated environment Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Experience operating in a controlled or regulated environment Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Desirable: Experience within not-for-profit or environmental sectors Previous exposure to fast-paced or scaling organisations Benefits: Competitive salary of €90,000 - €100,000, depending on experience Hybrid working model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, sustainability-focused initiative To Apply: Email your CV to or click 'Apply' to submit your application.
