Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and business change initiatives.
This is a 12-month contract offering a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving full lifecycle delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
* Work within Agile/SAFe frameworks to manage timelines and dependencies
* Act as the escalation point for technology delivery issues
* Ensure all project documentation, financials, and governance are maintained
* Support change management and successful transition into business-as-usual operations
Requirements:
* 7+ years of programme/project management experience
* Proven track record delivering large-scale IT and change projects
* Agile certification (Scrum Master or RTE) required; PMP is a plus
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Must have Stamp 4 or EU/EEA passport
