The company continues to experience significant growth and is investing further in site expansion and new production capabilities.The RoleThe successful candidate will support laboratory quality operations through routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.This is a hands‑on laboratory role suited to candidates with previous manufacturing QC experience within food, beverage, pharma, or related industries.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine QC testing on raw materials, production samples, and finished productsConduct standard wet chemistry and bench testing including pH, Brix, turbidity, and related analysesPrepare standards, reagents, and samples for testingSupport calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipmentMaintain accurate laboratory records and documentationReview and manage Certificates of Analysis (CoAs)Support GMP, GLP, HACCP, CCP, and OPRP compliance requirementsManage retained samples and laboratory inventoryWork closely with Production and Quality teams to support manufacturing operationsMaintain high standards of housekeeping and laboratory organisationRequirementsDegree qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related disciplineMinimum 2 years’ experience in a QC laboratory or manufacturing environmentStrong wet chemistry / bench testing experienceExperience working within GMP or regulated manufacturing environmentsGood understanding of quality systems and laboratory documentationStrong communication and organisational skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentAdditional InformationPlease note that this role is fully onsite in Co. Kildare. Candidates must be located within a realistic daily commuting distance, as relocation support is not available.
