Warehouse Operative Repack Team We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy Repack Team.
This role involves unpacking, checking, and repackaging products to meet customer and company requirements, assisting with admin, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency at all times.
The Role: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Carry out warehouse activities safely and in line with company procedures.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock checks.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
Process returns using Proteus, complete relevant logs, and prepare paperwork for carriers.
Input information into the repack log and manage uplift documentation.
Assist with reporting on stock, orders, and warehouse performance.
Requirements: Strong team player with a positive, collaborative approach.
Good organisational skills and ability to work independently once trained.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for accurate data entry.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage (full training provided).
Physically fit with the ability to lift and handle goods safely.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Must hold a valid EU passport or work visa (other than student orientation).
