Role Overview:
Here's how you'll bring our trailblazing vision to life:
1. Assist with supervising the F&B team to maintain high standards of food presentation and service.
2. Ensure function rooms are set up according to standards in a timely manner.
3. Report any difficulties encountered to management.
4. Maintain excellent hygiene standards in all work areas.
5. Collaborate with F&B Management to identify training needs and implement training and coaching as necessary.
6. Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, and Sales teams to ensure open communication.
7. Monitor food service from the kitchen to address any issues before reaching guests.
8. Establish and promote excellent relations with guests, ensuring their expectations are met, leading by example.
9. Organize daily work assignments for F&B personnel, allocating stations and duties appropriately.
10. Attend weekly operations meetings and monitor changes to the function sheet daily.
11. Assist in the smooth running of functions across the resort.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous F&B Supervisory experience.
- Experience in a 5-star property is advantageous.
- Ability to develop good rapport with clients and represent The K Club professionally.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
