We're looking for an experienced Project Manager specialising in large-scale new build projects; to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Life Sciences, Aviation and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based in Dublin and supporting projects locally.
This role is paying between €80k to €90k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…)
You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar with experience managing master construction programmes, determining & organising staff resource for your project, ensuring project costs are managed and packages are tightly controlled, managing and maintaining position relationships with the client team and more all across large-scale new build projects…
* Must have previous Project Management experience specialising in new build projects.
* Must have full right to work in Ireland WITHOUT sponsorship
* Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar as the client is a specialist in these industries.
* Strong experience working with site & construction-based teams.
* An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
