Job Title:Construction Manager QA/QCCompany Overview:Kiernan Steel Construction Ltd is a leading construction firm specialising in high-quality steel structures. Due to continued sector growth, We are looking to employee an additionalConstruction Manager with QA/QC expertiseto oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Implement, monitor, and maintain QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and statutory requirements.Prepare and oversee project specific quality management plans, ITPs and associated procedures.Support project-based works ensuring works handed over in accordance with Quality management plan and associated documentation .Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews; document findings and ensure timely corrective actions.Provide detailed reports on project status, risks, and quality performance.Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, or risks.Implement comprehensive quality management systems for projects.Manage project documentation, including quality assurance and quality control records.Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the construction process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Preferably a degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture including Quality Management Degree (Level 7).Existing experience in construction management or QA/QC is a distinct advantage.
