About the Role
We are proud to be representing a well-established contractor in the civil engineering and construction industry who are seeking to hire a Senior Civil Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in local groundworks and proven expertise in documentation and reporting. The successful candidate will be joining a respected organisation delivering a wide range of civil engineering and building projects across both the public and private sectors in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage groundworks operations across complex civil engineering projects
* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate
project documentation and reports
* Ensure delivery of projects to the highest standards of
quality, safety, and compliance
* Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff
Experience & Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 6 years' local project experience in civil engineering within the Irish market
* Strong technical knowledge of
groundworks and infrastructure delivery
* Demonstrated ability in
project documentation, reporting, and compliance
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Fluent English (written & spoken) essential
