This role will be based in Dublin and it can require working on-site at various locations around Ireland.This role will help ensure optimal machine reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction, both in the workshop and out in the field.Key dutiesSupport the consistent growth of the Service Division by delivering excellent maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and inspection services on full powered access equipment product rangeCollaborate with stakeholders and customers both internally and externally to ensure expert deliveryAccurate and detailed reporting, focusing on machine reliabilityPromote the organisations brand through customer interaction and proactive engagementExperience & Qualifications required:Proven track record and strong experience as a Access/Powered Access Engineer with MEWP / Scissor Lifts / Aerial LiftsExcellent technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systemsStrong customer service and client interaction skillsFlexibility to work in Dublin and various locations around IrelandPlease apply with your CV in the strictest of confidence.
