We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Waterford Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Responsibilities
* Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
* Ensure customers are at the forefront of everything we do, delivering a 5-star service at all times.
* Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
* Weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
* Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
* Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
* Staff Rostering / Annual Leave management.
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Management or supervision experience.
* Organisation and attention to detail skills.
* Mentoring.
