Quality AdministratorJob Responsibilities· Document Control - Site lead for managing Almir Live, SOPs and Document Control. Maintain relevant documentation to comply with quality standards and customer requirements.· Serve as the first point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls.· Assist in the development FAI reports.· Conduct internal audits of the Manufacturing Operation and the Quality System ensuring compliance with AS9100.· Management of the Internal Audit program including coordinating audit schedules, reviewing findings, tracking corrective actions, and providing insights and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.· Maintain the Customer returns/ Customer complaints documentation to comply with quality standards and customer requirements.· Review and follow-up on open actions related to Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).· Assist in the development of appropriate systems and processes to ensure delivery of information across functions to support enhanced performance culture.· Track and report metrics and key performance indicators for the Quality Management System.· Other duties as required to support the growing Quality organizationSkills:· Proven experience as a Quality Control Administrator or similar role· Familiarity with quality control regulations (AS9100 or similar) and standards· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.· Excellent organizational and analytical skills· Strong attention to detail· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingEducation:Leaving Certificate (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
