Facilities Coordinator
This is a key role focused on the delivery of maintenance services across multiple client portfolios. We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
The Role:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage PPM contracts and reactive works for commercial and industrial clients.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing subcontractor performance and ensuring that all maintenance operations meet contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cordinate delivery of PPM contracts across commercial and industrial clients.
2. Schedule and manage maintenance activities with internal teams and subcontractors.
3. Build strong relationships with clients and manage day-to-day service communications.
4. Track and ensure timely completion of ad-hoc and reactive job requests.
5. Monitor subcontractor KPIs, performance standards, and compliance.
6. Maintain accurate job records, service logs, and client reports using CAFM systems.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years' experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or service operations.
* Strong understanding of PPM scheduling and contractor management.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Experience working with CAFM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook essential).
* Professional attitude with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
* Knowledge of statutory compliance in building maintenance is highly desirable.
* Full clean driver's licence preferred.
