Position DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Training Design & Systems team. Working closely with the Training Design Immersive Specialist and subject matter experts, the Instructional Designer will help translate technical procedures into engaging, learner-centred experiences that align with ESB Networks' operational and strategic goals. This role will support the development of high-quality training content across multiple formats, including eLearning, video, and instructor-led materials.Additionally, the Training Design instructional designer will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing existing training programmes, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. They will stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field of training design and development, incorporating innovative techniques to improve learning outcomes.
