What You’ll Be Doing
* Sell niche IT recruitment solutions to some of Ireland’s fastest-growing firms.
* Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to pitching and long-term account management.
* Collaborate with candidate delivery consultants—you bring the business, we support the fulfilment.
* Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
* 6–18 months of experience in B2B sales or client success—ideally in:Inventory/Warehouse Systems, Logistics or Supply Chain Tools, Manufacturing or Operational Solutions, Equipment/Process Services for Industrial Clients
* A strong desire to earn, grow, and build something long-term.
* A competitive, high-performance mindset and commercial drive.
* An EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
* Availability for a fully office-based role in Dublin (Monday–Friday).
