We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to take on the role of Nursing Leader in one of our esteemed facilities located in Naas, County Kildare. As a pivotal member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical leadership across all nursing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide visionary leadership and direction to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes
* Oversee and implement policies and procedures aligned with HIQA standards and internal quality benchmarks
* Develop and execute comprehensive care plans tailored to meet individual needs
* Mentor and support nursing staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, families, and regulatory bodies
* Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies and goals
Requirements:
* Active registration with NMBI
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior leadership or management role, including at least 3 years in a nursing or healthcare setting
* In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards, clinical governance, and quality assurance principles
* Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated capacity to drive change, improve processes, and maintain high standards of patient care
