Communications manager

An exciting opportunity to join a large and growing Irish organisation operating across Ireland and Europe. This is a broad, hands‑on communications role where you will help shape and deliver both internal and external communications during a key phase of growth and transformation.Working closely with leadership teams and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in keeping people informed, engaged and connected, while also supporting wider brand and corporate communications activity.The RoleLead internal communications across the organisationCreate engaging content including newsletters, presentations, updates and campaignsSupport leadership communications and key business announcementsPartner with HR and wider teams on engagement, change and ESG communicationsSupport events, projects and wider communications initiativesWork with external partners and agencies where requiredAbout YouAround 8+ years’ communications experience, either in‑house or agency sideExcellent writing and content creation skillsExperience delivering internal communications and engagement initiativesStrong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skillsComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentCreative, proactive and highly organisedFamiliarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva and video editingThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious communications professional who enjoys variety, collaboration and the opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic organisation.
