We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist for a part-time remote role. The responsibilities include processing purchase orders, managing sales and order activities, and ensuring accurate entry of data into relevant systems. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively to resolve any issues, ensuring seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Management
* Proficiency in Order Processing tasks, including data entry, review, and validation
* Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer interactions
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in common order management software and tools is an advantage
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus
