As a key player in the success of our organization, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate works on site. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operations are carried out according to contract requirements.
* The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Civils projects in Ireland or the UK and a third-level qualification.
* They must possess excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management and coordination of works on site
* Liaising with Client Representatives and participating in meetings
* Commercial control of day-to-day operations for projects
* Management of direct crews & sub-contractors
* Procurement of materials
Requirements:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in Civils projects in Ireland or the UK
