This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial management of their Ireland business, while working in a collaborative, future-focused environment.
The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project teams, ensuring robust financial governance while providing insights that drive growth and performance.
Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with internal controls, IFRS standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Acting as lead contact for statutory and internal audits.
Overseeing VAT preparation and group reporting obligations.
Delivering monthly reconciliations, management accounts, and internal trade reporting.
Leading cashflow forecasting and supporting budget, forecast, and long-term planning cycles.
Driving process improvements following the ERP Oracle implementation.
Providing financial analysis and business insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Partnering with the Managing Director and technical project teams to influence outcomes.
About You Were looking for a commercially-minded, technically strong finance professional who enjoys building relationships and shaping business performance.
Essential requirements: ACA-qualified accountant (or equivalent) with several years post-qualification experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid grasp of Irish tax and compliance.
Proven ability to influence at all levels, with excellent communication skills.
Collaborative, resilient, and agile, with a growth mindset and business curiosity.
High level of ownership, drive, and results orientation.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience with ERP Oracle is advantageous.
