Job Description: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe workplace.
This role provides technical leadership, conducts risk assessments, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
Lead EHS audits and inspections; recommend corrective actions.
Provide technical guidance and training to staff on EHS matters.
Analyze EHS data and trends; prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operations and projects.
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship.
Manage EHS documentation and maintain records.
Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
Assist in facility maintenance planning, upgrades, and renovations to ensure EHS compliance.
Coordinate with facilities teams on building systems (HVAC, fire safety, waste management, etc.) to optimize safety and efficiency.
Support facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Occupational Health
