A data quality support analyst is required to support across data quality operational services and initiatives. They will play a key support role, working closely with the Data Quality Management Lead and the wider CDO team to help deliver data quality initiatives, maintain data quality standards, and support the implementation of data governance activities across the firm.Key Responsibilities;Manage andmaintainmaster data in alignment with global standardsAct as a data steward, treating master& referencedata as a strategic asset.Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions for data related issues.Manage ServiceNow requests and ensuretimelyresolution within SLA.Maintain and update process documentation and procedures.Prepare training materials and support in the delivery of training to offshore teams.Participate in system testingensuringaccuratealignmentof master data across platforms.Remediation and cleansingofmaster & reference dataProvide subject matterexpertiseon data within your domain and territory.Promote best practices in data management and ensure adherence to global policies.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 4 years' experience in a data management, operations,oraquality-focused role.Third-level qualificationrequired; a degree in data management or related field is desirable.Familiarity with data quality frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) desirable.Experience in quality control, cleansing and remediation.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience working in high-performing teams and deliveringto deadlines.Foundationalproject management experience including stakeholdermanagement, task planning, and milestone tracking.SkillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbaland written communication skillsincludingtailored communications to different stakeholders.Critical thinkingskills, asksclarifying questions,identifiesgaps and challenges assumptions.Comfortable escalating issues and suggesting improvements.Curious, proactive, and self-motivatedwitha strong teamethic.Demonstrates initiative in seeking out information, staying current with processes and procedures, and quickly adapting to new knowledge.Ability to buildandmaintainrelationships across teams.Adaptswell tofeedbackdemonstratinga commitment to self-development.Organised, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.Enthusiastic about dataqualityand its role in driving business value.Adaptable and resilient in a changing environment.Unlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together We'reinspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
