AA Euro Group has been retained by one of Ireland’s largest Utility Contractors to recruit a Site Supervisor for the Athlone/Midlands region. The role is based on the redevelopment and upgrade of an existing Sub-stations and other various projects across Counties in the Midlands including Athlone and is a permanent position with our client.
The Role:
* Managing the day to day activity on site
* Coordination of site staff and sub-contractors.
* Making sure completion dates are met
* Managing engineering staff and groundworks contractors
* Ensuring standards on site and quality of works
* Managing labour time sheets, supplier documents and HSQE paperwork
Requirements:
* Experience in similar types of projects.
* Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
* Working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
* Working knowledge and track record of managing utilities
* To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
* Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks & project.
