FRS Recrutiment is currently recruiting for a Invoicing Administrator to join a busy team in Newbridge, Co. Kildare This role is within the Customer Invoicing Team, the role is primarily responsible for supporting the processing of customer invoicing and preparing the Direct Debit files for our high volume of Domestic Customers periodically.
The Role: Invoicing: support for processing of domestic customer service charge invoicing of domestic customers, perform the necessary testing and checks to ensure accuracy in the invoicing by working closely with Customer Service.
Direct Debits: Preparing the Direct Debit files to be sent to the bank and performing necessary checks to ensure accuracy of the files and process.
Reports: Support and provide cover for Domestic Revenue Report weekly, month end and end of month, as agreed Monthly Aged Debt analysis report.
Monthly Cash Details analysis report ERP: Testing of new service agreements and price updates The Person: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in similar role Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel including consolidating very large data sets.
Experience using large CRM Tools, Software systems and general IT Systems.
Excellent Attention to Detail Experience with working to strict deadlines Good team player Results Driven Solutions Orientated Good Written and Verbal English essential.
Must be flexible to work across different work sections within the business.
Experience in the Waste/Supply Chain/Transport industry a distinct advantage Skills: admin invoicing accounts administrator
